New Tube Welding Machine Taking Shape
by Jan Schöler
Our new test tube welding machine is already taking shape, at least in its external appearance. Its predecessor has already found its new home in India and will soon be installed and put into operation. We eagerly await the completion of our new in-house testing machine type RHF.
Current plans call for its commissioning in the first quarter of 2024.
This innovative machine will, as usual, be capable of accommodating all of our RHF tool sets, making it suitable for both tool testing and prototype production of tubes.
It is equipped with the latest technical features - for instance, we have fully prepared the machine with IO-Link components to optimize the process data recording further using the Factopilot software. We have also incorporated the latest version of our RS 830 cut off unit, allowing us to produce even the largest charge air cooler tubes at speeds of up to 200 m/min.
